    When did it stop? Have you tried logging out of the app and back in? Are the pictures going to the online portal?

    I’m not sure on the online portal I’ve never tried accessing them on it. It stopped doing it last year during deer season I thought once all the updates they were doing were done it’d work again but still on getting them email. Just frustrating going through email app was so much easier to look through

    Please go to www.spartancamera.com, log in, and see if the pictures are there. We need to see whether the problem is between the portal and the app or whether maybe the camera is on auto rather than on premium.

    on the app, have you looked at Account, Premium Credit, Premium Credit History to see whether the camera is using premium credits?
