Registation failed

I have ATT phone service and took in the SIM card to be added to my account of which I have unlimited data. Even went back to ATT to confirm it is up and running correctly.  Still getting a registration failed during set up??  Any suggestions??

  If you took a Spartan SIM card to ATT it won't work. Most ATT Spartan cameras are shipping with the Spartan SIM. Did the sticker on the SIM say to activate with Spartan?
