Purchase Premium credits

Don’t see the shop button on the mobile app and would like to purchase more credits. Still have a balance so no rush. Any ideas?

  iOS app, by any chance? If so, Apple wanted a big cut of the money so that feature was removed from the app. You’ll need to use a browser and go to the web site to shop. It’s unfortunate.

  Same thing with Kindle books. iOS Kindle app users cannot purchase Kindle books from the app. They have to access Amazon using a browser and buy that way.

  Not seeing on website where to purchase credits. I must be missing something. Any ideas?

  Go to the online portal where your cameras are and click on "SHOP" on the top of the page and then "premium credits"

  Big help. I was forgetting to go into “camera management” then to “shop”. Got it now and thanks.
