App stopped loading pictures
I got the new Ghost 4G Verizon cam about a month ago. I purchased 6 months of cell service through the spartan website and also have 6 remaining credits. It worked perfectly until 2 days ago. It just stopped loading pics to the app and also the website. It shows full battery and full service bars but won’t load any pics. I went from getting 150 pictures a day to none.
What could be the issue? I live 6 hours away from where the cam is located. Definitely not happy something this expensive just stops working. Please advise.

Are you still getting a status report at midnight? If so, the camera is still online, which is good. If not, the camera is not online, which is not good.
What kind of batteries are you using? Are there any pictures the last couple of days with P3 on them?
Have you looked at the pictures on the web portal to see if there is anything unusual about the numbering sequence?
What brand, capacity, size (standard or microSD/adapter), class (4, 6, or 10), and speed (typically 40, 48, or 80 MB/s for class 10 cards) SD card are you using? Was it formatted in the camera?
Is your firmware up to date?
Is there any chance that something could have damaged the antenna?
