Camera not sending pics

    The camera does need a firmware update but it could be something else. Any pics, especially the night ones showing anything other than P5 on the bottom right of the photo? If you are getting your data through Verizon directly have you checked your premium credits?

    All pics showing P5. Sent a request for a firmware update to the cam but not sure if it's going to work. Premium credits are good. Current one runs through 9/22. Any other ideas?

    check the picture numbers on the portal and see if they are in sequence or all the same or missing gaps. Can't hurt to check with Verizon and make sure everything is OK with them. Also be sure power saving is turned on in the camera settings on the app.

    Pics are all in sequence and the power saving is on. If Verizon doesn't report any issues, what should I do? Seems like we may be out of options to fix it remotely. Not sure what happened as to how the time zone changed, I'm assuming it is related to whatever the problem is

    VZ said the IMEI was deactivated for some reason and they reactivated it, but I'm going to send you my log in info anyways just to have you make sure we're not missing anything. Thanks
