    What model camera? GC-What?

    Is your firmware current?

    Did you try the Hello test? Camera in setup mode, on the cell network, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test. What happens?

    If the camera passes the Hello test, you have a data plan. If it does not, you don’t have a data plan and need to get one.

    If it passes Hello test, take/send a manual photo. With camera in setup mode and online, point it at something, press OK to take a picture, OK to send it. What does the screen say?

    If the screen says Sent, have you looked on the portal to see if the pictures are there? 

    Are you running the latest version of the app?
