Can't get pics on my phone

When i go to the app and try to view the pics from the go cam there is a lock emblem on the photo and the image will be blacked out. How do I unlock it?

    You can’t unlock the ones you’ve gotten, but in the app on the camera settings, scroll down and turn Encryption OFF.

    I have the same problem. Can’t get a hold of anyone to call. Very poor customer service! Should be able to contact someone and get help. My camera has been working for at least a year now. Stopped working just before Covid 19 hit. Maybe the camera is infected! Will anyone read this? Maybe there’s no one out there!

    James, you need to leave a message and they return calls and emails in the order that they were received. You're having the problem with the lock photos? If so turn off encryption in the camera settings on the app.

    So you are getting pictures with the lock on them (since you say you are having the same problem and you added to this thread instead of starting a new one if you have a different problem)? Did you try the suggestion for how to fix that in the very next post after that one, the one right above your post?

    Most SC employees are working from home so they aren’t there to answer the phone. However, if you leave a message with your contact information, someone will get back to you. 

    Or you could provide more information here, like a screen shot of your status report to start with, and Johnny and I can try to help here.

    (I see that Johnny answered your post within about 3 minutes after you posted it and I’m here less than half an hour later. “Stopped working just before Covid 19 hit” puts it being out of service for a month, maybe two? And you haven’t posted here before, emailed support@spartancamera.com or left a message at 770-582-0004 or messaged the SC FB page in all that time?)
