Everything has been perfect until Sunday when I changed SD cards, cycled the camera off/on, had signal, closed it up and made the 2 hour drive home. Didn't get anymore pics until I drove back there yesterday, put in another new SD card, fooled with it for 20 mins trying to get it to work, FW update says "file does not exist" then restarts the camera. I hit the default setting and it started working again. Last evening it went down again, I can't get a status report and can't do the firmware update. Through all this customer service hasn't been very helpful. Send an email, they respond at the end of the day so by the time I can respond they've already gone home. Can't get a hold of anyone on the phones either... Is this normal???? I need to purchase more cameras but I also need a company that will be responsive when there's problems. Currently I'm waiting on a phone call and email to be responded to, hopefully I don't have to make another four hour drive.
