Camera stopped sending photos 9/11/19

Camera stopped sending daily photos 9/11/19. Status report 9/10/19 was good batteries etc. I purchased new credits in July and was told my 3g camera with Verizon was going to continue to work. Has it stopped working due to Verizon update?

    First thing to do would be to call Verizon and check. Verizon is sunsetting different towers at different times so it’s possible. 

    What kind of batteries are you using? What’s the voltage shown on the last status report? Are there any pics toward the end that have anything other than P5 on them?

    I put in brand lithium new batteries 9/9/19.

    It’s not good that it’s not sending status reports. Could be a damaged antenna. I went for several years without antenna problems and then had three damaged ones in a couple of months.

    Did you change the SD card when you changed the batteries?

    I emptied the sd card before putting in new batteries. The camera was working great for a week but suddenly stopped. When I ask for a picture now, I get a text code *501#. Anyone know what that is? This is the first time ever. I tried contacting Verizon, gave up after 1.5hr trying to text and call them.

    That's the way the camera sends the take a picture request now.  Is the cameras firmware up to date? Time zone set in the app? Is there any requests showing as pending in camera management?
