Possibly nothing out there. Do you have any scheduled events set up? I have my cameras set to send either a status report or picture about every 3 hours so I don’t have to wait too long if I request a video or HD photo.

I have a new Spartan camera that was working great. Yesterday it took pictures but didn't send them to the app.

There was 2 bear right out in front of the camera and it took pictures of them but didn't send them to the app.

Approximately 2 hours later there was a raccoon on the same site and it sent pictures.  The bear was there for a long period of time as he was in the snare and moving around.

Is anyone else having this problem.

Are the pictures getting sent to the online portal?

Have you looked on the portal (www.spartancamera.com) to see if the pictures are on the portal but not on the app?

They are not on the portal either.  Just on the SD card in the camera.

I am having the same issue on 2 cameras. taking pictures, but not sending them. I tried changing batteries (they were at 66%) and changing to a class 10 SD card. took pictures on both in the field and nothing sent. These both were working perfectly 2 weeks ago! Very frustrating!!!

What model cameras? GC-what? What happened when you took/sent manual photos? Are you getting your data from Spartan or from your cell carrier?

    GC-W4Gb and GC-Z4Gb.

both sent status reports at midnight as requested, but no photos are being sent to the app or the website. Service through verizon with 4 premium credits in my account.

Is there any way you can post a screen shot of the status reports? Since they sent a status report, they are still connected to the network.

What happened when you took/sent manual photos?

We have been seeing reports of Verizon oddness in some places, very slow connections which keep the cameras from sending pictures, but there’s no particular pattern. Not sure if that’s a possibility.

Joe, go into the cameras menu and do a hello test, see if it passes or fails. You are using the app to get your pictures correct?

The camera is in the field now. I walked by it yesterday and it took pictures and video (confirmed on the sd card) but never sent them. This camera was working perfectly until the last photo sent about 9/13.

You have (had?) it set on videos only?

Are there any pending commands? When did it complete the setting update command where you set it to take pics today?

I don’t know if the camera will take/send event photos if it’s set to video only. Did you change to photo only or photo + video?

No pending commands. I formatted the SD card and added the take a photo commands yesterday afternoon. When I went to the camera yesterday afternoon there were deer pictures on the SD card right up until yesterday morning and they were never sent.

There's no chance the cameras got switched to auto instead of premium in the menu is there?

I would say no. I’m the only one with a key to the box and no ones been near it.

What happens when you take/send a manual photo?

I did not take a manual photo from the camera. I scheduled an event and got nothing. I walked in front of the camera and got a picture but it did not send. I confirmed that it took the picture on the SD card in the camera.

All 3 cameras I have are not sending photos. I have one of them in front of me, and the other two are in the field. When I do a test photo it does not send. It keeps saying “retrying” and eventually stops. Verizon, using premium and spartan app. Hello test is successful. Account says I have 4 credits remaining. Please help!

Joe if you haven't already try defaulting the camera in it menu settings.

Just tried default. That didn’t work either. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon for about an hour now...
