SD Card Full

The filename for almost every picture taken ends in "1".  Occasionally there will be one that ends in "3", and even one that ended in "12".  The camera setup has the overwrite function set to "on".  From the web portal I can tell my SD card is practically full.  It indicates 1% remaining and 119 MB left. 

Is this happening because the card is full, or some other reason?  See screen shots below.

  The card is bad. It’s not actually being able to write files to the card. Formatting the card mat fix the problem, but it may not. I usually toss any card that does this.
