GC-A4Gb/GoCam 4G (AT&T) Blackout hasn’t sent pictures since 9/15, won’t update settings and won’t let me update my firmware through the app.

    What is the date time on the latest status report? Are you getting your data from AT&T or Spartan? I would cancel all pending commands for now.

    It says 9-29. And should I stop with the firmware update that I have pending?
    I have it through at&t. Wasn’t supposed end my data usage until 10/12 and thought that was the problem so I bought three more months of data.

    How's the battery power? Do you have any night photos that have anything other than P5 in the lower right corner?

    How far away is the camera? You may have to do a manual firmware update.

    That’s what I was afraid of. It will be a week and a half before I get to go back to my land because work scheduling.
    I just put the update on an SD and plug it into the camera correct?

    Kinda sorta, here's a link to the downloads page and the instructions. Makes sure you use the update for your exact camera model and use a clean formatted SD card.
