    Fight all the way. Costumer service is 0 on their list. New camera because first was junk. This one is worse. No answer when u call. Ever. 20 calls. No answer

    Well, if you think you’re going to make friends and influence people or make those of us who try to solve problems here help you by posting like this, you are sadly mistaken. This is not chat. Those of us who help come in when we can, we’re not just sitting here waiting for people to insult the cameras.

    If you want to talk to tech support, you either need to email support@spartancamera.com or call. ONCE. Send one email or leave one voice mail and someone will get back to you although it may be a day or two because this is the busiest time of the year, everyone is on the phone returning calls, and they have to go through every call, even when someone leave 8 or 10. Include your phone number, time zone, and best time to call. Make sure your voice mail box is set up and not full.

    If you are interested in trying to get help here, then we need to know what model camera you have (GC-what?) and what is or is not happening. There’s a decent chance your camera needs a firmware update, but who knows? 

    Are you getting your data through your cell phone carrier or through Spartan. Are you using a name brand, class 10, at least 80 MB/s speed, standard size (not microSD in adapter), 32 G or less capacity SD card?

    Does the camera pass the Hello test (camera in setup, on the cell network, Menu, fourth tab, Diagnostics, Hello test)? If it passes the Hello test, does it take/send a manual photo (camera on the network, point it at something, press OK to take a picture, OK again to send and what does the screen say)?

    If you just want to be insulting, let us know and you can be insulting without our participation.

    Jon, just so you are aware phone calls are returned in the order that they are received, that's why it's important to leave a message with your information, either by phone or email.

    I had someone look at your account. It seems that you have your camera set to work only between 12:30 and 2 AM, two-shot burst, and 30 second time lapse, so you must be getting a bunch of pictures with nothing in them. 

    Would you care to confirm?
