My spartan worked for about 2 weeks than quit at&t said everything is good on there end and it fails hello test

  If it fails the Hello test, it doesn’t have a data connection. That could be an antenna problem, a SIM problem, possibly an SD card problem.
  
  What model camera? GC-what?
