    I set mine up day before yesterday. It sent 2 pics of me setting the camera up and then nothing. I found the log section in the app and quite a bit of activity is in the log but no pics coming to phone. Sucks

    John my camera model is GC-A4Gb att. I just ordered some credits for data. Maybe I was out. I looked up data history and I had a credit of 1 the a -1 so hopefully I just needed to purchase some credits.

    It turns out mine needed to have more time to communicate with the changes I made from my phone. I started getting pictures again last night. My dealer helped me through it as I just allowed the camera to start sending pictures. So far all is right in the world again.

    Sounds good Jeffrey, yes the camera needs to check in to get the updated settings. Since yours was turned off from sending pictures you probably had to wait for your midnight status report.

    Still nothing on mine. I requested a sd card format day before yesterday and I updated settings yesterday and they are both still pending. No pics but a lot of items in the activity log. Not sure what's going on but my lease is 6 hours away in Texas and it'll be 2 weeks before I can make it back.

    Activity log has a bunch of "result code:"1, "resultmsg":" No photo available:. All of these error codes are right in prime time when I know activity is high.

    Those codes from the app just mean it was checking for pics and there weren't any there. Where did you purchase your data from?

    I purchased a few credits from the Spartan app. Do I need to purchase data from someone else or will the credits work? Didn't know I had an option to purchase from different places. The SIM card is ATT

    Credits and data are two different things. If you didn't purchase a data plan then that's your problem. You most likely got a Spartan SIM card with the camera (white face with the ATT blue logo) so you will purchase your data from Spartan which will also include your premium credits.

    Ok bought credit. Nothing yet. The app is indicating I need to format the SD. It is pending. I actually have a friend stopping by there today. Maybe I can have him reaet

    That button is just red for format, it doesn't mean that you need to do it.

    Yes sorry. Bought the 3month data plan. Tried to update a setting and it's still pending. Cancelled the SD card format request

    It won't update until it checks in sending a picture or status report. Whoever goes to the camera have them turn it off and then on to setup. Once the camera finds signal have them press the OK button once to take a picture and then again to send it and see what happens. Have him watch what it says on the screen.

    Update. My buddy drive up on his utv and I got a pic. Evidently that's the first activity since I purchased data a little while ago. Hopefully all is good. Thank you for all your help.

    Derek,

    You may want to set some scheduled events so that you know the camera will be checking in even if there’s nothing happening in front of it. Peace of mind.

    Update. Camera functioned properly until about a half hour ago. It stopped sending pics and stopped updating suddenly while a ton of activity was going on I front of the camera. After that I was also no.longer able to view any pics on the app. When I click on a preview of one it just goes to a blank screen. The camera has sent around 350 pics since yesterday. Could that have used up the 3 gb of data already?

    Are the pictures on the portal? We need to figure out if the problem is the camera to the portal or portal to the app.

    Pics stopped going to the website as well. I'm guessing that's the portal. At 18:51 central time.
