We need some support

    Johnny and I answer questions here on weekends when we can. I answer the Spartan Camera FB page messenger on weekends when I can, but there is no phone support on weekends. 

    The tech support folks need a break after being on the phone all day every week day. 

    You already know that you need need to put the firmware on an SD card for each camera, and I’d have a spare or two, just in case. Do you really need phone support to do that?

    Christian, email support and let them know you are going to be at your camera Saturday and what time. There is someone who does weekend support, usually emails but maybe you can set up a phone call while you are at your camera. Send the email today in case it takes them a day or two to get back to you.

    Yes I’d rather talk to a real person verbally and not trying to get service to send a message on here that I may or may not hear back from. Several people have updated the FW and done everything they were told and still don’t have their problem resolved

    The customers need a break from these broke cameras that everyone is paying for each day it’d be different if I had gotten somewhere with the issues. Still sitting in neutral
