    Model GC-Z4Gb2

Please explain as best as you can.

When experience spotty coverage and the signal bounces from 3G to 4G/LTE, does that affect the ability to send pics taken while in 3G?

Example:  I assume the cam triggered as I drove by.  I also assume it was during a lull in coverage.  I never got an image sent.  However, later on I got pics as normal.

Will pics taken during a lull ever send?  I assume they are written to the card, however not sent.  But throughout the night other pics have been sent.

Verizon cameras are 4gLTE only, they do not use the 3g network. If you want to see if the camera missed sending a picture look at the online portal and check the picture numbers for any gaps.

    Good advice...thx.

Just to be certain every trigger is still written to the card though correct?  Some just aren't sent out.  Right?

The camera won't trigger and take a picture again until it sends it's previous one or gives up after multiple tries but that photo will be stored on the SD card if it isn't successfully sent.

Any idea how long "multiple tries" could be?

Is it possible in spotty coverage to trigger...then attempt to send....fail....then attempt to send multiple times for 10mins +/- and miss any activity during that 10 minute window?  Sounds like it still doesn't write to the card during that time?

I would say 10 minutes would be about the max it would try from what I have seen, maybe 15. If it is trying or retrying to send that camera will not trigger or take any photos so it for sure won't write any images to the SD card.

Ok thank you.  During that 10-15 minute window as it tries to send does that use data?
