Test pic will go to spartan app but cam will not send pic after placed in on mode
I can send a pic to the app in the set up mode by pressing ok twice. it sends perfectly, however when I set the camera back to the on postion which will be the mode in field the camera will not send any pics.

What model camera? GC-what?
Is the firmware current? Check the status report page.
Are you using a recommended SD card, formatted in the camera (see photo below)?
Is it taking pics but not sending them or is it not taking pics at all (check the SD card)?
Sensitivity should be set to normal, no start stop times. I don’t know if it’s possible, but it if so, please post screen shots of status report page and settings.
