Deactivating my premium credits

I am trying to deactivate my premium credits so they don’t automatically renew since I will not be using the cameras for several months. Would anyone know how to do this? I have done it in the past from my computer, but I do not have access to it an will not for a could of weeks. Any advice on how to deactivate the premium credit service on my three cameras would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance. In Him, Frank

  You don’t need to deactivate your credits. When you current credits expire, the cameras will not take a credit until the next time they take a picture and send it, which won’t be until you reactivate them.
