No pics

Camera worked great til this morning batteries have been in there since the 20th. Went to check it this afternoon performed hello test it passed stood in front of it 30 minutes double checked the settings it sent a status report but never took a pic. Send like I work on this thing more than it works. Any ideas i still have 3 premium credits left and 2gb of data left on my subscription and it doesn't renew till the end of November. Any help would be greatly appreciated
