Cam Will Not Come On-line

Says I need an update, but will not update via the camera or app, says file not found. It also shows me having a premium credit, but it won't apply it to this new cam. GC-Z4Gb VERIZON

  Is this a new camera set up? Have you purchased a data plan and if so from where?

  Yes and Yes. I finally got it to start an update, maybe that will fix it

  Where did you purchase your data from? Also there's a hello test in the menu, see if it passes or fails that if you continue to have issues.
