  I just got the hello test to work but only when I turned premium off

  Did you try the default? There also may be a data reboot in the menu try those. Is the cameras firmware up to date?

  I bought a new camera and I am getting a good signal but every time I try to register it fails.  I have a data plan and my send via column only shows premium or auto. any ideas?

  Darren,

  Send via should be set to premium.

  What model camera? GC-what?

  Where are you getting your data? Does the camera pass the Hello test? (Fourth camera tab, Diagnostics, Hello test)

  What SD card are you using?
