If you are getting your data from ATT or Verizon directly do you have premium credits? The app log message just means there was no photos on the server when the app checked.

Try doing a hello test in the cameras menu. What SD card are you using, class, size and speed? Are you running batteries in the camera too?

I have a size of 31,155 MB and have card space of 25,689 MB 82% left according to my status report from last night..  I have been getting pictures for 4 months.  I deleted a bunch of photos off the server, around 400, on Oct 28th and since then I haven't gotten any new photos.   I get the status report and it says my signal strength is fine and my battery is full.  I had one credit left and then purchased 4 more just in case.  Still no pictures.   My battery is a 6 volt and it was checked yesterday and no issues.

Deleting from the portal doesn't delete them from the SD card. Is overwrite turned on in the cameras settings on the app? Do you  know the SD cards class? What is the camera model?

The overwrite is turned on.  The camera is a GC-Z4Gb.  I'm not sure of the class.  It was a brand new card.  Do you think I should try replacing the card?

I would try formatting it first and check the class and speed
