Pictures not downloading to iphone

We are sick of having to make payments for this trailcam when it doesn’t send pics to our phone! We thought this was a great camera and now we don’t recommend it to anyone!

    Is the camera taking them and not sending them to the app or not taking them at all?

    The exact same thing has happened to me. I have made every adjustment i have heard to do and still no photos to my phone. The as card has the pics but my phone has none

    Joseph, What camera model? What happens when you try and take a manual picture in set up mode by pressing OK once the camera finds signal to take a picture and then pressing it again to send the picture?

    Eric and Joseph,

    It’s probably a matter of some settings. Please start by telling us which model camera (GC-what?). Have you ever gotten pictures to the app? 

    Have either of you looked at the portal (www.spartancamera.com, log in to your account and are there pictures showing)? We need to figure out whether the problem is between camera and portal or portal and phone/app.

    Are the camera set to send via Premium or Auto? (Camera in setup, fourth tab, what is sent via?)

    That's good, is the cameras firmware up to date and what size and class SD card are you using?

    Our camera has not taken pictures for 3 days. We walked in front of it, no pictures. We just had it in the house and cleared all the other pictures off the SD Card.

    We have a Spartan Go Cam and yes we use the Spartan app on the phone.

    Eric,

    What happens when you take/send a manual photo? Camera in setup, logged on to the network, point it at something, press OK to take picture, OK again to send. Watch the screen. What does it say?

    What model camera? GC-what? Is the firmware current? Are you using a recommended SD card?

    Are you buying your data from your cell carrier or from Spartan? If not from Spartan, have you checked to be sure you have premium credits?

    What's the date/time on the status report page in the app?
