    They don't need to do anything other than click on the link when you send it to them. It sounds like they are trying to register a new camera. Make sure you send the share invite to the same email address that they use to log into the app. The cameras will appear on the "Shared Cameras" page not the "MY Cameras" page

    Thanks for the prompt response. Now he’s saying it’s giving him a message saying the link has expired. Is there a time limit on the link?

    They do expire. Go into your app to account and shared camera management, then click on the camera you want to share and you should see his name. Press on his name and slide and delete should pop up. Delete him and then re do the invite.

    Any idea of when an admin or guest invite expires? Days? Hours?

    It's pretty quickly sometimes. If it expires then you need to delete that person from that specific camera and resend the invite.
