Premium Credits Available but one of cameras not using them
I have credits available with Spartan but one of cameras has stopped working and when checking the credit usage I can see that it is past the due date for using a new credit but has not. So, the camera is taking pics but not sending to the server.
Need someone at Spartan to trigger my #2 camera to become active again and use 1 of my available credits.

The camera is a GC-VZWb. The last status was on 10-19-2019. I have 4 credits available. My other 4 cameras have all updated and used credits since that date. This cameras time period ended on 10-21-2019 and hasn't been updated with another moth of activity. I have the camera in hand and have tried trigger pictures manually while in Setup. . . No Go. I have tried to trigger pics with motion . . No Go. Batteries are good. Firmware is current according to the website and the mobile app.
Just seems that the website is acting as the camera is not active so it is not using a premium credit to keep it sending pics.
Now I have not tried sending pics via email but not sure if that will have any affect.

Does the camera pass the Hello test? In setup mode, with the camera logged on to the network, Menu button, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test.
If the camera does not pass the Hello test, the camera doesn’t have a data plan. If the camera is on your Verizon cell phone plan, you’ll want to check eith Verizon to confirm that the camera is on your account. They may have to do a DMU key reset. Also, you may have to do a data reboot (in Diagnostics).
I think Johnny may be on to something with the data plan.
