I have to open the app to get the pics to down load and it does not notify me that I have pics I also know the cams are missing deer have had cams running for alil over a year has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it I have cerdits

  Android or iphone? In the app settings is download only when on wifi turned off and auto download turned on? As far as the camera missing taking pictures is the firmware up to date and are you using a name brand SD card that is 32gb or smaller and a class 10 that's 80 mbs or faster? Remember the camera will take a picture and then send it, it will not take another picture until it's done sending the previous one, even if you have it set to a zero delay.

  iPhone and yes I have everything that’s recommended I understand taking and sending I’ve just not the this issue till a month ago

  Justin, I’ve had the same issue since the new app was rolled out. Still waiting on a fix. I’m hoping it happens in my lifetime

  iOS controls what does and doesn’t download. Sometimes my iPads have downloaded pics in advance, before I open the app, and sometimes they haven’t. Believe it or not, I often get notifications from Facebook Page Manager several minutes after someone sent a message, when we are several more sentences into the conversation, so it’s not just the Spartan app that experiences delays at times.
