Not Sending Pics
I have a GC-VAGi that four days ago quit sending pics. The camera has worked fine all up to this point. Camera has brand new batteries and the has plenty of cell service (full bars). I even switched out the SD card using a brand new one like the SD card I have used all along. I booted the camera up into Setup mode and waited on it to initialize and once it got Verizon reception, I took a manual photo as I always do when I turn it on. Cam took the photo asked to send photo and I clicked OK and it says pic sent but it was never received on the App on my phone nor on the Spartan website when I logged in. Firmware was updated on Sep 7th and says it is up-to-date. Took all the batteries out for awhile and then put them back in to repeat the process with the same results (says it took photo, sent photo, but never received).

I have a simular problem and called the technical support. They had me run through a few things but my pictures still weren't sending. They requested that I let the camera take some pictures and let the camera attempt to send and then take the error files off the SD card and send to technical support. Apparently they are currently trying to find the source of the problem on some the cameras. I would recommend you do the same.

So the same camera is still not sending pics. It sent pics for a couple times 21 days ago when my buddy defaulted the camera but then reverted back to not sending pics. I defaulted it again and tried to take a pic and send it like usual. When I try to send it it says setting then sending then failed. So it will not send it. I put in brand new batteries and a new SD card. I have six of these so we are talking around ~ $2500 to I expect some assistance with fixing this issue please.

Ok that's good, means the camera is communicating and trying to send the image. It could be a few things. If the signal is poor that might cause the camera to be able to send the smaller status report file but not the picture. The V4's need strong signal so only having one, two or maybe even three bars could be an issue. There could be a problem with the antenna, make sure it's snug and that the pin is still attached to the base of the antenna. Also make sure the camera is set to premium and not auto. And it also could be a bad SD card.

So John, I brought the camera back from Virginia lease with me. I have tried did the Hello Test and it was successful, I have defaulted the camera, I have tried a new antenna as well as a new SD card. Still not sending pics to my App or the computer and it is set to Premium. It is taking the pics as they show up on the SD card. At a lost as to what to do now as this camera was working fine and is less than a year old. The signal is fine as it has four and five bars.
