    They return phone calls and emails in the order that they are received so someone should be getting back to you soon. When you go to the camera what do you do to get it going again? What is the camera model and is the firmware up to date? What size, class and speed is the SD card and is it full sized or one with and adapter?

    The first time I had this issue I formatted the camera from the app and it fixed it for 2 days and did it again. This time I have tried formatting from the app, formatting on the camera, changing SD cards, changing batteries, changing locations to try a different signal and nothing will work it won’t send the pictures.
    Model: GC-Z4Gb
    SD: standard SanDisk 16gb
    If I go to firmware update it says file not found so I would assume the firmware is up to date.

    and looking at the cameras status report on the app it says the firmware is up to date.
