"no sim card"

i just registered my 2nd cam and it worked fine for the 1st 10 minutes. after shutting it off and back on, its now telling me "no sim card please insert your sim card and restart" I've done that atlas 5 times now. with this error popping up, i cannot even get to my settings

  That means there's no data connection. Where did you buy your data from and what is the camera model?

  Check your antenna (snug, but not too snug, not wonky in any way). On the SIM, rub the contacts against your jeans or use a pencil eraser to rub them, gently blow in the SIM slot, and replace the SIM.

  Also, make sure you are using a to-spec SD card.
