No response when switched to “On”

    The screen should go blank when switched from setup to on. The green light on the front should blink for a few seconds while the camera arms itself.

    Ok I’ll check it tomorrow but I left it in the On position in the field and walked around in front of it trying to get a test picture to no avail. Thanks for the response.

    With the camera on overnight did you get a midnight status report?

    Brand new camera, just checked status report and clicked red “format” button and cleared the SD card. Hopefully that fixed it remotely, I’ll update with any progress.

    Did the camera ever send you pictures to the app? Did you get the status report last night?

    I have not received any pictures to the app from this particular camera. I don’t think I received a MSR but I’m also not exactly sure Where to look for that. I haven’t received an MSR for my other camera, to my knowledge, that works perfectly.

    To view the status report, tap on the little battery indicator or signal indicator for the camera there on the home page and that will take you to the status report page. Look at the date/time. 

    You probably have received them for your other cameras, but you don’t realize it because you haven’t looked at the date/time on the status report. (But you obviously know how to look at the status report because you found the red Format button. Just check the date and time there and you’ll know when the report was sent.)

    It’s the Verizon model, I purchased the data from the site, HCOutdoors I believe.

    Blake does the camera pass the hello test in it's menu?

    I tested it today, it failed the Hello Test initially.  Then I turned it off, logged in through the website and not the app, turned it back on, tried again and we are now working.  I'll take it back to the field tomorrow and give it a test again.  Thanks for your help.
