Is there any update on the northeast Verizon connection problem? My camera is still not communicating, started Nov 1.

  i have 2 verizon cameras. 1 still works fine the other stopped working on Nov. 1st as well. will not connect. Is this a spartan problem or verizon

  Where are you getting your data from and where are the cameras located? Are the cameras firmware up to date and what models are the camera?
