To much time between pictures
Camera seems to be working fine but I feel there is more "Action" going on in front of the camera than what its capturing.
I understand that the sensitivity is the balance of heat of the animal vrs background temperature so a low setting is actually high sensitivity but I cant seem to make a difference with any setting.
As I understand it, the timing is as follows based on my camera - Camera is in standby awaiting a trigger, camera triggered and take about 3-5 seconds to "Wake up" and take the shot, from then it takes 45 seconds to 1 minute to log in and upload the thumbnail to me, now it follows the trigger interval delay which i have now at 0 and then returns to standby awating next trigger.
So when ive got 20+ hogs wiping out my corn .. Ill get pics every minute on average, but when ive got 1 deer casually munching for 5 minutes Ill get 1-2. If he walks up slowly to the feeder, Ill get just 1 of him under the feeder and then nothing

From motion detection to the picture being taken should be .6-.7 of a second. The camera needs to see movement of a temperature change (higher or lower than idle sensor temp) so a bunch of hogs moving around will easily trigger the camera. A deer or two standing still will not trigger the camera because there is no movement of heat (temperature change) now sometimes lifting their head is enough to trigger the camera depending on the temperature and how close or far the deer is from the camera. Then of course there's the sending of the photo and delay like you have mentioned. What camera model do you have?
