You didn’t mention model. What’s the signal strength? Is firmware current?

Only thing I can suggest is to default the camera, which you must do from the camera, third menu tab. Take/send a manual photo, request setting update then take/send a manual photo to get camera to update settings.

Check the online portal and look at the picture numbers, is there a gap in the sequence where the scheduled pic should be? Are there any other gaps? Is the time zone set in the camera settings on the app?

No need to delete from the portal, they are saved for 30 days and then deleted. On the app you set the purge days yourself. Please keep an eye on it and let us know what happens.

It’s good that your firmware is current, but don’t make the mistake of assuming that a brand new camera will have the latest firmware. You buy a new phone or computer, and there are almost always updates for it as soon as you turn it on. Camera firmware updates are released less frequently, but it’s always a good idea to check, even with a brand new camera.
