    We don’t know what’s causing it, but it’s likely a carrier issue, your phone carrier. Pics are coming to the app normally.

    users of other brands of cell cams are reporting the same thing.

    Ours use ATT. So the issue is with them? My ATT iPhone had a notification that my carrier settings were updated today. Perhaps it’s related ?

    It’s most likely between the server and your phone. I’ve been getting pictures all day from a variety of cameras to my Verizon phone and my two AT&T iPads, but that’s to the app.
