Replacement camera already registered to another account

    Please email support@spartancamera.com. Include the IMEI/MEID. Johnny and I don’t have access to that information. It’s probably registered to Spartan for testing and someone forgot to deregister it.

    I set up a friends camera and used my account. Now I need to delete camera so he can install on his account. Tks

    On the app there should be an option in the drop down menu where you access status report and camera settings to delete the camera. It's also on the portal. You have to have no pending commands though I'm pretty sure  to be able delete it.
