Camera stopped taking pictures after being dropped
First post here, but hoping you guys can help me out. Long story short, my camera was stolen last week by someone from the neighboring property. I was able to jump on it quickly and get it back. My camera was in a metal lock box, but as he was carrying it off, he dropped it and broke the flat antenna off at the base. It did not take a huge fall, only fell out of his hands.
I've ordered a new antenna but my real concern is that the camera doesn't appear to be taking pics at all anymore. I can send a test pic through the setup menu and it will come through fine. If I set the camera up to take pics though, it doesn't seem to be triggering and is not saving anything to the SD card.
And before anyone says it, yes I will be looking to him for compensation if not easily fixed but there's a complicated property line battle going on right now and he's an employee of the development next door.

SD cards work until they don't. If you haven't tried a different SD card, please do so.
It's possible that the drop damaged something inside the camera. You'll probably want to email support@spartancamera.com. Give them as much information as possible about the model, the problem, and include your phone number, time zone, best time to call. Make sure that your voice mail is set up and not full.
