Not sending pics

4 of my 6 camera are not sending pics. 1 is brand new and 3 used to send pics but stopped. Everything seems setup correctly (full battery, full bars on cell service, plenty of credits, SD card are same as before or brand new, etc.). What the heck is going on?  I love these things when they work...which is becoming less and less...

    What is the camera model and what are the firmware dates showing on the status reports? I'm also assuming that you are getting the pics through the app?

    3 GC-A4GB/GOCAM Blackout (2 on Nov 28, 2018 firmware, 1 on Aug 7, 2018 firmware)

    I didn’t think it could be the firmware version since some work and some don’t that are on the same version. I’d update my two working ones but I’m afraid they will stop working also.

    You definitely want to update all of those. The latest update for the A4's was for connection reliability and that attb is way overdue.

    Isn’t it strange though that some of the A4’s work using the same outdated firmware?

    Not really. I think a lot of times it depends on the towers it's connecting to and how the signal is routed.

    It’s probably just a matter of time before the two that are working stop working. There have been at least two firmware updates since the one on those 4G cameras.
