Anyone having any issues with their cameras communicating to the server tonight (ATT). I’ve requested videos server all hours ago and nothing, plus not a single picture which would be impossible to not have something coming thru

  I’ve been getting pics all evening, including my 9 pm event photos a little while ago.

  What model camera? GC-what? Where did you buy your data? Do you have any scheduled events?

  If you guys are getting your data from ATT directly have you checked your premium credits?

  yes I have credits, I am not new at this game, one day it will work and the next day nothing, good signal and battery, also gaps in pics on the portal, which tells me the pics are getting lost at the server.

  I know you aren't new at this Jeff but I was replying to you and John, it can't hurt to ask. If the pics aren't on the portal then they aren't getting lost at the server, they aren't making it there. Double check that the firmware is up to date and it could also be an SD card problem. If those are all good we can try changing the APN, not sure if we've ever messed with that before.
