Bought a plan off your sight from y’all. Trying to get my code now and it is failing. I have tried to do a help test and it is failing also. It has been over a hr since I bought the data. Does it take longer than that for the SIM card to be activated?

  It usually doesn't take that long, did you get an email receipt for the data purchase? Since it's been a while try the hello test again. What is the camera model?

  You should get two emails. The first is a receipt for the data plan purchase, the second is the activation email. Did you get both emails? What carrier? Sometimes activation must be completed manually and the office is closed right now.
