Receive wrong video after video request.
On both my mobile app and website I select the image and click on video request. Only 80% of my video requests come through, and when they do its usually the image right after the requested image. Of the 20 video requests I've made this week, only two requests came through correctly. Is there anything on my end that I can fix? Please help.

It sounds like an SD card issue. You can try formatting the card through the status report page on the app. You will lose all images and videos on the memory card though. You will want to cancel all other previous requests before you do the format. Is overwrite turned on in the camera settings?
