    This is the busiest time of the year, although (thank goodness) it is the tail end of the hunting season. Spartan has hired more people to do support but new people require training. You can’t just hire people from a temp agency to handle camera support. It did not help that both AT&T and Verizon made changes to their networks right about the start of the busy season that turned thousands of perfectly working AT&T and Verizon cameras into non-working cameras and that greatly increased the workload for the tech people. Fortunately, those problems have been resolved but they required FW updates, which meant that the problems had to be figured out and new FW written.

    I’m glad you got a callback. The “poor customer service” was not intentional. Tech support people worked extra hours and even Saturdays to try to catch up.
