Error Message, Mobile App Not Downloading

When I open the mobile app I keep getting a message that says " An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made".  The photos that show up on the web portal do not download to the mobile app.

This happens whether I am connected to my home wifi and cell data.

Is this on my end or the server?

  Most likely something with the app/phone. Try logging out of the app and back in. I've seen that  myself but it's usually when there's a poor connection.
