Old Verizon cameras
Do you still do service/repairs on the older soon to be out dated Verizon cameras ?

Please email support@spartancamera.com and ask. It’s probably not going to be worth the cost if they do repair, though.

The switch is messed up and I tried to fix without any success I was wanting to use it as a non wireless , camera yes I heard lately about the carmera probably still being able to use through 2020 , I was afraid the discount might not last on the new cameras so I went ahead and bought the new version of the upgraded cameras and had my old camera deactivated.

Another one of my new cameras completely quit working , I just noticed it quit taking pictures around March the 8th. It is powered with an extension cord , The extension cord has power and there is power up into the camera itself , I scanned the camera and electric cords with my voltage detector and there is power inside of the camera , I even replace the power Spartan AC power converter with a brand new Spartan power convertor and nothing changed still had voltage into the camera but no function.
I think this one needs to be sent back to be looked at.

First, please start a new topic for this. Your problem isn’t related to this original, dead thread, which was about the old 3G cameras.
Does the green light flash or is there no power to the camera at all? Have you tried it with four alkaline batteries (two top, two bottom, left side)?
