    Correct time zone as well in settings

    Is the cameras firmware up to date? I would try a settings update just to make sure the camera received the time zone setting correctly and then after that updates try a status report request again.

    We have 4 active cameras. One is off on time by about 45 minutes. How can I correct this?

    Make sure that the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app and then update the settings and then request a status report.
