    Try restarting your phone or logging out and back in to the app.

    Check on the Info page of the app and see if there is a Mobile ID shown.

    Try logging out of the app and back in. If that doesn’t work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app.

    (I have no idea what is causing this. It’s definitely not something common.)
