What SD card are you using (complete specs)? Did you format the SD card in the camera?

Does the camera pass the Hello test? With it in setup and logged on to the network (you see bars on the screen), Menu, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test. What happens?

If the camera passes the Hello test, it has a data connection so you want to take/send a manual photo. Camera in setup, not in the menus, point it at something, press OK to take pic, and OK again to send. What does the screen say?

If it doesn’t pass the Hello test, then the camera doesn’t have a data connection/plan. Check the antenna. Other causes are the SIM (not likely in your case because you’ve tried different ones) and the SD card (a possibility, depending on what the specs are of the card you are using, whether you formatted it in the camera, etc.).

Make sure you cancel any pending commands.

As far as I know, there is nothing happening with the Spartan server. I got my 3 PM scheduled event photos a little while ago. I also haven’t been fielding questions from users with problems that would indicate something happening with the server, so I doubt that’s the cause of your problem.

I don’t know if there is any way that you can post a screen shot of your status report. If you are on Facebook, you can send it to the Spartan Camera FB page via private message and I’ll get it and can look at it and post it here for you.

Thank you for the info. It does pass the hello test. I have not seen that option to manually send a pic in the setup screen but I may not be looking in the right spot. I’ve thought I had went thru every option in the menus. I will look at this again this evening when I am done hunting.

Manually send a photo: camera in setup and on the cell network, point it at something, press OK to take a picture, OK again to send it, then watch the screen.
