New phone not getting pics

Long story short over the weekend my phone was stolen. I got A new one yesterday, my Spartan app is online but it just Says trying to Download pics. I know It’s connected and full battery is there a way to re boot the app or anything? It’s a new Spartan go cam, and I know There should be lots of pics from last Friday

  Try logging out of the app and back in. Also check the app premissions and make sure they are all allowed. Restarting your phone can't hurt either. If that doesn't work we'll try clearing some other stuff. What phone are you using?
