Camera stopped sending photos on or about 12-12-19

I stopped receiving pictures via the Spartan app on or about 12-12-19.  The AT&T card is still activated, and working. I cannot figure out what is or has made this suddenly occur.  I have emailed earlier, no response.  I would like to get this issue resolved asap.  I still have plenty of Spartan credits available.  My number is 903-808-7347.

  Bill any pictures with anything other than P5 showing on the bottom right corner, especially look at some night pics. What is the camera model (GC-?????) And is the firmware up to date? Do you have access to the camera?
