    If this is a new camera, do you have a data plan? Does the camera pass the Hello test (fourth tab, Diagnositc, Hello Test)?

    What brand, class, capacity, size (standard or microSD in adapter) and speed (MB/s) SD card are you using? Did you format the SD card in the camera?
